Cottage Rules
Cancelation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 15 days before check-in. No refund after that. No refund is possible in the event of a Covid-related cancellation unless there is a government rental ban. In this particular case, you will be able to choose another date as well as an adjustment of the price if necessary.
At the time of booking we require 25% of the cost. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
We require a $500 refundable security deposit to be sent to our email info@chaletbellecordelia.ca the day before your arrival. It will be returned to you up to 5 business days after your departure.
Check-in time is 5:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 PM. If early arrival or late check-out is possible we will let you know.
The code for the door and the alarm will be sent via email one day before arrival.
Bedding and towels are provided. Toilet paper, soap, dish soap, spices, salt, sugar, coffee, tea are provided. Tenants should bring their personal bathroom equipment.
The address of the chalet is 25 Ch. Cordélia-Hamelin, Nominingue, Laurentides, QC J0W1R0. Ch. Cordélia-Hamelin is a private road and can't be found directly. Please search Google Maps for 1701 Chem. des Hêtres, Nominingue, QC J0W 1R0 to get to Ch. Cordélia-Hamelin. Go right. It is the third house on your left.
The tenant agrees to honor and respect the total amount of the rental price plus the number of people. Children 2 years-old and younger stay free.
We respect your privacy and there are no cameras inside the house but tenants should be aware that we monitor the outside entrances and the parking.
Tenants will respect the fact that smoking is prohibited in the chalet and will smoke outside using the ashtrays.
Pets are welcome at the chalet after an approval. We have a $30 pet fee per stay. Tenants will inform us if they bring pets during their stay.
Tenants will respect the chalet and its supplies, furniture, land, and accessories. If any damage or theft occurs during their stay, they will be responsible for paying for any necessary repairs and replacements.
The tenants will keep the chalet clean and will put the garbage in plastic bags, securely attached, in the garbage - black bin for regular garbage and green bin for recycling. Usual cleaning time is 5 hours. If the cleaning service needs more time due to tenants leaving the chalet in not reasonable condition, then a surplus charge might be deducted. Before leaving, tenants will run the dishwasher and bring their garbage outside.
Tenants must respect the calm of the place by avoiding creating noise or music at a level that would disturb neighbors and/or that would be against municipal regulations. For any loud noise or music heard outside, the curfew is 11:00 p.m.
Tenants can use firewood on-site for the indoor fireplace and the fire stove at no cost. Tenants will be careful when taking firewood from the pile at the back of the house to avoid any accidents. Take from the top. It can get cold in the chalet during the winter and using the fireplace is recommended in addition to the central heating. The firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not included.
